Ok so I'm scared shitless of zombies. They are like the one thing in this world that makes me pee my pants and cry like a girl and lately Blue and I have been doing one thing I never thought we would do and privately role-playing a zombie apocalypse. It's shit tons of fun, but we also recently saw Quarantine. Scary fucking movie. It was fucking good, because even though I hate zombies and zombie movies scare me shitless I'm really critical of them and love a good one.

Quarantine was a good one, one good enough to give me nightmares.

And make me freak and look over my shoulder and consider my escape routes.

Anyway - to the point.

I just walked out of the room about oh... 10 minutes ago to get a drink of water, and our room is at the top of a flight of stairs that leads right up from the main level. When you look down them you can see into the front room, but there is another set of about 5 stairs that winds around a corner and to the entry way. So basically, you walk down 5 from our room, turn a corner and walk down 5 more into the entry way and then you can walk into the front room.

You can't see around this corner from the top of the stairs.

So I was standing there, looking down into the dark and thinking about a zombie running up the stairs at me with the intention of eating me, being all scary and shit. And I had the lights out, which made it ten times scarier.

There's a cat in the house named Lumpy, or Mugwi, or Garfunkle, sometimes even Little Shit, because she is so mean. She's a mean little fucker.

I was standing there, looking down into the dark, and this fucker came flying up the 5 stairs. Didn't touch a one but hit the landing out of nowhere, literally it was like she teleported from somewhere and arched at me and did that stupid little cat dance.

I screamed like a fucking girl and almost pissed myself. Seriously, got so scared it gave me goosebumps and made me shake.

Little fucker scared the shit out of me, and I scared the shit out of because I screamed and she spooks easy.
